Network Engineer - Routing and Switching

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various networking products, including routing and switching devices, security appliances, and wireless access points.

The Network Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network equipment, as well as providing level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA. Additionally, the engineer will work independently and efficiently in a 24/7 support environment, developing and maintaining architecture topology diagrams in Visio and documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network equipment
  • Providing level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA
  • Developing and maintaining architecture topology diagrams in Visio and documents

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of networking, understanding of packet flow and TCP session establishment, as well as experience working with third-party vendors, ISP's, IP address management, and WAN technologies like IPsec, Client Meraki VPN, and Zone-based Firewalls.

Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with various networking products, including routing and switching devices, security appliances, and wireless access points
