Job Summary:

A Senior Network Engineer will lead a team of technical experts to design, develop, and implement end-to-end network solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IP, Optical, and Microwave technologies, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of SMEs in scoping, defining, designing, configuring, provisioning, and customizing E2E Transport solutions.
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
  • Understand, collect, and document customer requirements, and define E2E process flow for Transport domain activities.
  • Deploy and drive end-to-end technical solutions in Transport Domains across IPRAN, IPCore Mobility, CEN Networks, IP-MPLS, MPLS-TP, Optical DWDM, Microwave, and Packet Backbone.
  • Develop technical presentations related to Transport solution and implementation procedures.
  • Perform C-Level customer presentations on services solutions, ensuring E2E delivery and customer acceptance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, CS, or IT with 15-18 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong IP, Optical, and Microwave Design, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands-on experience on at least one OEM product in each domain (IP - Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, ZTE, Huawei; Optical DWDM - Huawei, ECI, Ciena, Tejas; MW - Huawei, Ericsson, Ceragon, NEC, ZTE).
  • Design and configuration of Layer-3, Layer-2 technologies like OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS, Segment Routing, EVPN, MPLS L2 L3 VPN, MPLS-TE, QOS, VLAN, VxLAN, Optics, SDH, SONET, DWDM, OTN, SDN Carrier Ethernet, MPLS-TP.
  • Excellent understanding of network Service Architecture and ability to prepare CLI MOP for complex service provisioning migrations.
  • Certifications: CCNA, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, CCNP, or equivalent level.
  • Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
