Senior Campaign Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in programmatic campaign management, who can lead and guide others to achieve exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital media and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth. They will be responsible for managing a team of specialists, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programmatic solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies to meet their objectives. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of DV360 and other DSPs, as well as experience with MMPs and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of specialists and provide guidance and mentorship
  • Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies
  • Manage client communication and relationships
  • Leverage expertise in DV360 and other DSPs to optimize campaigns
  • Utilize MMPs and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in programmatic campaign management
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team
  • Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs
  • Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
