Project Manager Position

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Job Description:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, suppliers, and vendors, to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project budgets, controlling costs and achieving targeted margins.
  • Prepare and assess project expenditure approvals, considering financial implications on project costs.
  • Ensure quality control measures are in place, adhering to safety rules and regulations.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 9-12 years of experience in irrigation/water supply projects.
  • Proven track record of executing single projects exceeding ₹500 crores.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to command entire project teams and possess thorough knowledge of tender clauses, billing, and department correspondence.
