Project Manager

Lead software development initiatives and drive successful project delivery from conception to deployment.

  • Oversee end-to-end project management for complex technical projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Facilitate collaborative agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning to foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Act as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications to support informed decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for development workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams to maximize productivity and minimize burnout.
  • Coordinate release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within software development environments.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing full software development lifecycle projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and modern engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work with technical teams.
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management.
