Job Title: UAT Testing Leader

A seasoned UAT testing leader with extensive experience in QA/UAT and Sales - CRM platform testing is required to lead the User Acceptance Testing efforts for our Sales - CRM Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements, ensuring thorough coverage of critical Sales - CRM processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to validate end-to-end functionality before production release.
  • Track, analyze, and escalate defects, working closely with development and QA teams for resolution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor UAT testers. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in QA/UAT and 3+ years in Sales - CRM platform testing.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor UAT testers.
