About this role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented geospatial expert to lead the proposal development, technical bid creation, and tendering processes for national and international projects.

Key responsibilities:

Lead End-to-End Proposal Management

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage proposals from start to finish, ensuring timely submission and high-quality content that meets client requirements.

Collaborate with Technical Teams

The ideal candidate will work closely with technical teams to create tailored solutions for clients, providing valuable insights and expertise to drive business growth.

Prepare High-Quality Proposals

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive proposals that align with client specifications, showcasing our company's capabilities and services.

Analyze Tender Documents

You will analyze and interpret tender documents, eligibility criteria, and contract clauses to ensure we meet the necessary requirements and provide exceptional value to clients.

Engage in Pre-Bid Meetings

The successful candidate will engage in pre-bid meetings, client interactions, and clarification rounds, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Maintain Bid Tracker and Documentation Library

You will maintain an up-to-date bid tracker and documentation library, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

Support Business Development Team

This role involves supporting the business development team in client presentations and solution pitching, driving new business opportunities and growth.

New Tender Opportunities

You will identify new tender opportunities through online portals and other channels, staying ahead of the competition and securing new contracts.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's/Master's Degree

A bachelor's or master's degree in geomatics, civil engineering, geography, remote sensing, environmental sciences, or a related field is essential for this role.

Minimum 5 Years' Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in geospatial pre-sales, tendering, or proposal management, with a proven track record of success.

Strong Geospatial Knowledge

Strong understanding of geospatial technologies, including GIS, LiDAR, photogrammetry, UAVs, and CAD, is required for this position.

Proven Proposal Writing Skills

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals that secure new business.

Familiarity with Bidding Portals

Familiarity with bidding portals and the Indian public procurement process is essential for this role.

Preferred Skills:

International Bidding Experience

Exposure to international bidding, including World Bank, ADB, and UN-funded projects, is highly desirable.

Pricing Models and BOQ Preparation

Knowledge of pricing models, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation is preferred for this position.

ISO Documentation and Quality Management

Familiarity with ISO documentation and quality management standards is also advantageous.
