Job Description

As a seasoned campaign expert, you will be responsible for leading the execution and management of multi-channel campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, push, direct mail, and in-app. You will design, build, and deploy campaigns from scratch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Set up recurring and ad-hoc campaigns with proper audience targeting rules and testing scenarios.
  • Leverage behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to create targeted customer segments.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Campaign Optimization & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data, analytics, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) campaign execution and management.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, compliance, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR.
  • Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building.
  • Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
Nice to Have

The following skills are highly desirable but not required:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for email template troubleshooting.
