High-Performance Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented High-Performance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining high-performance systems that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain high-performance systems and applications using advanced technologies such as LoadRunner, AppDynamics, Dynatrace and CloudWatch.
  • Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that new features and changes do not negatively impact system performance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of system internals, file systems, disk/storage, networking protocols and other relevant technologies.
  • Monitor production performance statistics and apply models in test environments to uncover performance issues.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and implement performance improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and AppDynamics.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, CloudWatch and Splunk.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL/Mongo programming languages.
  • Understanding of cloud concepts and experience with AWS/Azure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
