We are seeking a highly skilled Private Equity Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and execute strategic investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
- Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of equity and debt investments.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, prepare detailed reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and support value creation initiatives within portfolio companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)/automation knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in real estate or alternative asset investments is a strong advantage.
