Real Estate Valuations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the process of obtaining broker price opinions for banks and mortgage companies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish.
- Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
- Assign BPO requests to qualified agents.
- Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time.
- Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports.
- 1-4 years experience in International voice process (US).
- Ability to work from an office location.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive client information. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of BPO reports.
