Job Title: SAP Real Estate ManagementCompany Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our real estate harmonization initiative. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvements, defining requirements, and driving solution design and implementation.

  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of existing real estate processes and propose harmonized processes.
  • Define requirements and steering model for real estate management.
  • Drive solution design, development, and implementation.
  • Configure and support SAP RE-FX processes within S/4HANA, aligned with SAP Best Practices and Fiori.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare documentation, and support testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end process analysis and propose harmonized processes.
  • Develop business case and define project scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution design and implementation.
  • Configure and support SAP RE-FX processes.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX.
  • Strong expertise in SAP system configuration and integration.
  • Solid understanding of cost controlling principles.
  • Experience with IFRS16 lease contract valuation processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications.
