We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Strategist to join our team.
Job Description:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends. Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement in the supply chain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and inventory management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, and JDE
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Excellence (S&OE) processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
