Senior Oracle Demantra Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Oracle Demantra lead to join our team at Birlasoft. This role requires extensive knowledge of the Oracle Demantra platform, including Demand Management, Predictive Trade Planning, and Deductions & Settlement Management (DSM).

A key responsibility will be to design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.

Additionally, the candidate will provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.

They will also be responsible for developing and executing data extraction queries, managing Demantra tables, and ensuring data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra and a strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.

They will also possess proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model, as well as experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

They will also be responsible for conducting training sessions and creating user documentation for business stakeholders.
