Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze complex data sets using structured methodologies and frameworks.
  • Deliver actionable insights through well-crafted reports, presentations, and summaries.
  • Track and interpret cross-industry mega trends and apply them across domains.
  • Manage and structure raw data into usable formats, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Perform headline and deep-dive analysis to support strategic decisions and sales teams.
  • Maintain quality standards through approved methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify deliverables, communicate proactively, and ensure alignment throughout research processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in research or consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge working with databases such as Bloomberg, Factiva, Gartner, GlobalData, Capital IQ, Hoovers.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality in reporting.
  • Client-service orientation with a strong commitment to delivering actionable insights and value.
