As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to stores and office, ensuring smooth operations and a hygienic workplace.
- Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor relationships and payments
• Create a delightful experience by being responsible for end-to-end administrative support to stores and office
• Oversee and coordinate events
• Travel management
• Inventory management of supplies and assets
• Manage HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure hygienic workplace and smooth operations
• Responsible for procurement, PO, GRN, invoice processing
• Recommend cost-saving options
• Procuring/renewal of admin-related licenses and MIS
• Audit workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards
- Essential Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to travel within and outside Bangalore
