
Administrative Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the administrative team to ensure seamless functioning of office services and tasks.
Administrative Support:
- Manage Daily Operations: Coordinate with senior leadership to schedule, organize meetings, and prepare documents.
- Office Inquiries: Serve as the point of contact for all office-related inquiries, requests, and issues.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure office equipment and technology are in good working order.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage office-wide events, meetings, and conferences.
Leadership and Supervision:
- Team Guidance: Guide administrative staff to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to new administrative employees.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement workflows, processes, and procedures to optimize team performance.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and assist in developing career growth plans for administrative staff.
Facilities Management:
- Maintenance and Upkeep: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Vendor Liaison: Liaise with external vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and office supplies.
- Space Planning: Coordinate office moves, seating arrangements, and space planning as required.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office activities, expenditures, and other relevant documentation.
- Reporting and Presentations: Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, presentations, and other materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in an administrative role, with at least 4-5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
