Strategic Support Associate

The Strategic Support Associate plays a pivotal role in facilitating the Managing Director's success by providing high-level administrative support.

This position demands exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and maintain attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.

They must also exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, showcasing strong decision-making capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cross-functional collaboration with various teams across the organization to ensure cohesive implementation of the Managing Director's strategic goals.
  • Providing insights and feedback to the executive team based on observations and interactions across departments.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Fostering strong relationships with team members, partners, and clients to enhance collaboration and engagement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, strong work tenure, experience supporting C-Level Executives, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will be available for a full-time role, preferably with 1-3 years of experience.
