Job Summary

A highly skilled Director of Community Impact is sought to oversee multiple projects and lead teams in making a tangible impact in communities.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in program management, collaborate with specialized teams, and drive transformative change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project strategies to achieve targeted outcomes
  • Ensure successful project delivery through effective team leadership and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate activity records and submit regular reports to stakeholders
  • Foster partnerships for collaborative success and drive resourceful project design and implementation
  • Travel extensively within and outside locations for project implementation and partnership building
  • Coordinate with volunteers and develop a mentorship framework for skill enhancement
  • Troubleshoot project issues, identify creative solutions, and implement them effectively

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Business Administration, or Public Policy
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi language skills
  • A positive, community-focused mindset with strong empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
