Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Travel Operations Professional to join our team. As a Ticketing Consultant, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of ticketing and travel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking & Ticketing: You will handle reservations, bookings, reissuance, and cancellations for both domestic and international flights.
  • GDS Proficiency: Utilize GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for all booking, fare calculation, and routing tasks.
  • Client Service: Provide clients with the best available routing and pricing options, ensuring timely issuance and delivery of all travel documents and e-tickets.
  • Coordination & Problem-Solving: Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for smooth service delivery and resolve any ticketing or travel-related queries through email, phone, or chat.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain proper records of all bookings and client communication, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with airline fare rules.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in GDS systems and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex travel issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
