Travel Operations Excellence Specialist

About this role:
  • Raise the bar on customer experience by continuously identifying, defining and driving targeted improvement programs to enhance user satisfaction and journey optimization.
  • Create mechanisms and run select joint-programs across travel verticals to amplify partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Evaluate partner readiness for high-value events like Prime Day and Diwali Great Indian Festival to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Drive a culture of excellence in partnership by seeding 5 Why/ COE processes at the partners' end to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

This role requires a strong specialist who can design and implement effective mechanisms, work with external partners, and develop a broad understanding of the travel business across verticals. The ideal candidate is passionate about raising the current bar of service level in online travel, has experience influencing senior stakeholders, and obsesses over customer needs to identify opportunity areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Vertical Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of domestic and international flights, hotels, intercity buses, and trains through our platform.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with leading vertical specialists to leverage their supply systems and capabilities while owning the end-to-end booking experience.
  • Culture Development: Seed the 5 Why/ COE processes at the partners' end to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
