Shape and Grow a Global Brand

We are seeking a skilled digital marketing manager to play a key role in shaping and growing an international brand in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to build our brand into a recognized entity in the US.
  • Drive performance-driven campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google, Meta, and other prominent channels.
  • Create and implement a content & social media strategy (organic + paid) that resonates with the US audience.
  • Plan and optimize SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and email campaigns for lead generation.
  • Build brand authority from scratch through strategic storytelling, campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of campaigns targeting US markets.
  • Demonstrated success in building brands from scratch (preferably for startups or new categories).
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and influencer partnerships.
  • Strong grasp of analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
  • Creative storyteller with the ability to connect with a global audience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours – non-negotiable.
