At Bullsmart, we are seeking a talented and driven HR Executive to lead our recruitment efforts and build a strong talent pipeline. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and team activities.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, gain exposure to diverse HR initiatives beyond recruitment, and contribute to the growth of our investors. We value professionals who possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and data-driven HR reporting.

  • The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of proven Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Willingness to work onsite (5 days) is required.
