Investment Strategist and Fund Manager Partner
We are establishing a specialized arbitrage-focused fund in Dubai, targeting consistent, low-risk opportunities across international markets. The fund will operate under a licensed and compliant structure, using advanced analytics and execution frameworks to deliver stable, market-neutral returns.
Our vision is to create a scalable, globally respected arbitrage vehicle, offering transparency, regulatory alignment, and sustainable growth for both partners and future investors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy.
2. Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.
3. Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators.
4. Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance.
5. Work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle.
Candidate Profile:
A background in fund management, quantitative finance, or hedge fund operations is required. A strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures is also necessary. Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks is essential. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value is highly valued. Open to being based in Dubai or frequent travel to DIFC/ADGM.
