Job Title:

We are seeking an exceptional Client Manager to lead our Tier 1 HR Helpdesk team.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position responsible for managing Tier 1 HR related queries from clients, employees, vendors and other stakeholders based on defined procedures and knowledge base.

  • Lead teams in managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for various employee groups worldwide.
  • Familiarity with workflow and case management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc. is essential.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, applications, and basic MIS skills required.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Tier 1 HR helpdesk operations for multiple regions.
  • Leverage advanced workflow and case management tools for efficient query resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and vendors through effective communication.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of HR services aligned with agreed SLAs and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of core HR operations, voice, email, and chat processes.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline can apply.
  • Minimum 15 years of regular education.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts as needed.
