Job Title: Digital HR Solution Designer

About the Role:

The Digital HR Solution Designer will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives for clients by designing and presenting innovative HR solutions. This role involves understanding business needs, developing strategic HR technology solutions, and delivering compelling proposals that align with client goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify HR transformation needs.
  • Design end-to-end digital HR solutions aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead presales activities, including proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations, demos, and workshops to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product, technology, and consulting teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance solution offerings.
  • Support sales teams with deal strategy, proposal excellence, and client engagement.
