Technical Program Manager Job Description

We seek a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex initiatives from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will combine program management expertise with technical depth to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Own End-to-End Delivery of Large-Scale Programs Across Multiple Engineering Teams.
  • Translate Business Requirements into Clear Technical Deliverables and Execution Plans.
  • Partner with Engineering Leads to Define Scope, Timelines, and Resource Allocation.
  • Identify Risks, Manage Dependencies, and Proactively Resolve Blockers.
  • Drive Alignment Across Product, Design, QA, and Infrastructure Teams.
  • Establish and Maintain Program Documentation, Dashboards, and Progress Tracking.
  • Ensure Engineering Excellence, Scalability, and Quality in Deliverables.
  • Communicate Status Updates, Risks, and Trade-offs Effectively to Leadership and Stakeholders.

Requirements Include:

  • 5+ Years of Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Related Role.
  • Strong Technical Foundation in Software Engineering (Experience with Backend/Frontend Systems, APIs, Cloud, or Distributed Systems Preferred).
  • Proven Track Record of Delivering Complex Engineering Programs at Scale.
  • Solid Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Other Project Management Methodologies.
  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management Skills.
  • Ability to Influence Without Authority and Drive Decision-Making in Cross-Functional Teams.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills with a Structured and Detail-Oriented Approach.
