Job Title: Junior Messaging Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Messaging Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our messaging platform.

As a Messaging Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Disk Space, log files, Dumps/logs purging, application up-time
  • Capacity management and reporting in case of possible breach of capacity
  • Answer customer emails/calls and provide timely & high level of service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies, including familiarity with SMPP and TCP/IP protocols and proficiency in PCAP analysis

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in working at a leading A2P operator would be an advantage
  • Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
