Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Configuration Support Specialist to provide system configurations and support for global, web-based applications. This role is remote with US core business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily system support to users of EtQ Reliance application via telephone, email, and instant messaging.
  • Troubleshoot system issues with users and work with them to solve the issues, as well as software vendors when necessary.
  • Perform several system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
  • Assist with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Create and execute test cases to confirm configurations work as expected.
  • Assist with software validation and change control activities.
  • Assist with the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Assist with the development of training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Possession of passion about their work and helping others succeed, a team player.
  • Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL experience required.
  • Past scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience
