Warehouse Operations Lead

A highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Lead is required to manage the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of stock, inventory, and logistics.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality culture throughout the warehouse team, coaching and mentoring operational team members, and maintaining regular communication with last mile managers to update on supply challenges and resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including stock movements, inventory control, and logistics coordination
  • Drive quality culture throughout the warehouse team, conducting RCA investigations and reporting findings to relevant managers
  • Coach and mentor operational team members to develop their skills and improve performance
  • Maintain regular communication with last mile managers to update on supply challenges and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct regular stock takes, analyze results, and report to relevant managers
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, working closely with the finance team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive quality culture and improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
