Senior Design Test Specialist

Job Title: Design Test Leader
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to drive the development and implementation of design for test strategies for complex electronic circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, MBIST insertion, and memory test validation.
- Expertise in test mode timing constraints definition and providing timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations.
- Experience with scripting languages such as perl, shell, etc. and working experience in RTL and Gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.
- Knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules both in RTL lint tool and ATPG tool like TetraMax.
- Ability to work in an international team, dynamic environment, learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies, do multi-tasking & work on several high priority designs in parallel.
Requirements:
- 7 to 15 years of experience in DFT concepts.
- Excellent problem solving skills, excellent communication and team work skills and good English is required.
