Job Purpose

  • Execute engineering activities, such as design, implementation, maintenance, and commissioning, using reliable and cost-effective technical solutions to ensure technical quality and meet site/project objectives.
  • Responsible for executing maintenance, calibration, and commissioning activities at the site level.
  • Supervise plant engineering teams, providing technical assistance and ensuring optimal maintenance, repair, and modifications are undertaken.
  • Execute design execution and hand-over projects within quality, functionality, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensure compliance with industrial standards and guidelines. Implement preventive maintenance plans during shutdown intervals according to scheduled maintenance plans and planned corrective repairs to equipment problems.
  2. Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects. Execute and follow up on any infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant.
  3. Supervise change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity and coach/motivate team members. Responsible for personal and professional development.
  4. Perform project management and execute safety reviews. Execute projects in alignment with key stakeholders. Ensure projects progress through various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation.
  5. Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions while adhering to compliance standards and regulations.
  6. Document execution of maintenance/calibration, Process Engineer. Support building organizational culture aligned with company values.
