Job Overview
To guarantee inventory precision optimally for all customers in the warehouse, the ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile inventory levels by comparing WMS with physical stock counts.
- Track inward quantities, processed orders, and cancelled orders against available stock.
- Plan and execute cycle counting once a month for each customer.
- Conduct wall-to-wall counting for all customers at least once per quarter.
- Maintain an inventory accuracy rate of 99.65%.
- Minimize inventory loss to less than 0.03%.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary data.
- Design and implement procedures to prevent losses on high-value items.
- Reduce warehouse damages to inventory.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate with strong analytical skills.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with different order processing software.
