Job Overview

To guarantee inventory precision optimally for all customers in the warehouse, the ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile inventory levels by comparing WMS with physical stock counts.
  • Track inward quantities, processed orders, and cancelled orders against available stock.
  • Plan and execute cycle counting once a month for each customer.
  • Conduct wall-to-wall counting for all customers at least once per quarter.
  • Maintain an inventory accuracy rate of 99.65%.
  • Minimize inventory loss to less than 0.03%.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary data.
  • Design and implement procedures to prevent losses on high-value items.
  • Reduce warehouse damages to inventory.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate with strong analytical skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with different order processing software.
