About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Quality Engineering Project Coordinator Lead to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive individual with a solid understanding of software testing concepts, STLC, and SDLC processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate test execution activities within complex projects, ensuring seamless collaboration among test pods, developers, analysts, and business users.
  • Monitor daily test progress, environment readiness, and execution blockers; escalate issues proactively to maintain quality standards.
  • Support test planning and strategy development, especially in coordination with QA Leads or domain owners.
  • Guide customer-facing UAT sessions: coordinate execution, capture business feedback, and follow up on observations and open issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers or clients for effective defect management and resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid understanding of software testing concepts, STLC, and SDLC processes.
  • Proven experience in coordinating test execution activities within complex projects, ideally in the financial or digital banking domain.
  • Hands-on experience with test case preparation, test case execution, and quality reporting.
  • Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail) and defect tracking systems.
  • Working knowledge of black-box test techniques and structured test execution approaches.
