**Job Title:** Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Description:

We are seeking a strategic FP&A professional to drive financial visibility, performance tracking, and decision-making across our business. As an FP&A Manager, you will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes in collaboration with business units.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools, and experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment. You will analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Track and manage various metrics and indicators to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
