Financial Planning and Analysis Role

Hiring for candidates with experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting roles.

Job Location: Noida

Designation: Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Associate Manager

Years of experience: 3 to 12 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Shift: Willingness to work in US Shifts

5 days work from office

Interview Details

Date: 19th Sep'25 till 20th Sep'25

Timing: 10am to 2pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce monthly reports, including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports by collecting and analyzing information from various sub-systems
  • Strong business acumen, accounting skills, and a go-getter attitude are required

Requirements:

  • At least 3-12 years of working experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting roles
  • Independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting experience is necessary
  • Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and advanced Excel skills are mandatory
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and strong communication skills are preferred
