Job Opportunity: Accountant - Real Estate Sector
We are seeking a seasoned Accountant with expertise in handling day-to-day accounting functions for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and records to support business decision-making.
- Handle taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance, to minimize financial risks.
- Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support management with MIS reports and other financial data as required to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting, invoicing, and compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas.
- Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university.
- Additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
