Key Performance Indicators

Objective of the Job:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing various activities within the Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Development department. This includes administering all LMS activities, managing user accounts and permissions, training trainers on the LMS tool, uploading and maintaining digital learning content, analyzing and refining existing online content, creating and managing learning dashboards, preparing and curating SOPs for each department, managing and updating the training content repository, managing content creation through external vendors, and developing byte-sized learning modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer all activities on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Administer LMS user accounts and manage permissions
  • Train trainers on the LMS tool to enhance their skills
  • Upload, organize, and maintain all digital learning content within the LMS
  • Analyze, update, and refine existing online content to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Create and manage learning dashboards to provide insights into training progress
  • Prepare and curate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each department to standardize processes
  • Manage and update the training content repository to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Manage the content creation process through external vendors to ensure high-quality content
  • Develop byte-sized learning modules in video format for new topics to trainers and outlet teams
RequirementsEducation and Experience

A strong foundation in Human Resources or a related field is essential. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution is preferred. Relevant hospitality experience would be an added advantage. Fluency in English language is mandatory.

Knowledge and Skills

Proven expertise in Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is required. Proficiency in using Canva and video-making software like VYOND and Articulate is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical/logical, and interpersonal skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
