Lead High-End Projects to Excellence

The Project Director role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.

This strategic position demands exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure timely delivery, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project strategies across all phases, including design, pre-construction, construction, and procurement.
  • Proactively address project escalations, mitigate roadblocks, and incorporate stakeholder input to drive successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to formulate actionable plans for process enhancement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee performance management of direct reports, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years in leading large teams.
  • Proven expertise in operations within Real Estate, Construction sectors.
  • Strong background in cross-functional team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced work environments and adeptness in problem-solving and data analysis.
