Job Title: Senior Technical Project ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects meet their goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, maintain version control, and obtain client approval as needed.
  • Client Communication: Establish communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders for all Symphony Implementation projects.
  • Triaging Requirements: Identify and resolve project requirements in collaboration with the team, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Implementation and Closure: Lead project implementation, ensure timely completion, and provide support to clients post-go-live.
  • Change Requests and Revenues: Generate change requests and explore opportunities for additional revenues where applicable.
  • Client Satisfaction: Deliver client requirements within agreed project timelines, ensuring exceptional quality and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Team Utilization: Leverage supporting teams such as PE, Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal teams as per agreement.
  • Process Improvement: Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client support.
  • Quality Assurance: Limit functional bugs to a set percentage for every implementation into Production.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate potential schedule impacts due to mismatched client requirements.
  • Status Updates: Provide relevant project status and progress data to management upon request.
  • Training and Development: Train self and team members on implementation processes and client data validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management: Hands-on experience in project estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, proposal preparation, and RFP development.
  • Design and Solution Process: Good understanding of design principles and solution processes.
  • Fixed-Price Projects: Experience in handling fixed-price projects, restricting scope creep, and resource wastage.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
