ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our business management solutions. The successful candidate will lead and manage entire ERP project lifecycle, develop detailed project plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire ERP project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to ensure successful implementation.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend ERP-driven solutions.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure continuous communication throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure ERP solution aligns with business objectives and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
