Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.">
  • Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.">
  • Prepare detailed and timely assessment reports for each child.">
  • Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.">
  • Revise goals regularly based on each child's progress.">
  • Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.">
  • Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain signed feedback.">
  • Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.">
  • Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.">
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Centre Head, co-workers, and reporting managers.">
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.">
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy.">
  • Proficiency with therapy tools and online systems.">
