Behavior Therapist (Pediatric Therapy)

Ignitio Child Development Center is seeking a
passionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist
to join our pediatric therapy team in Hyderabad. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in psychology to work with children on our early intervention programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized therapy plans:
    Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions with children, as per the established treatment plan.
  • Data collection and analysis:
    Meticulously record and track behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies.
  • Behavioral assessment and intervention:
    Use evidence-based techniques to assess and address challenging behaviors.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapists and parents, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach.
  • Parent training:
    Educate and empower parents with strategies and techniques to support their child's development at home.
  • Report writing:
    Document session notes, progress reports, and other necessary paperwork.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology
    is mandatory.
  • A strong academic background in child psychology, developmental psychology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
    with the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion
    for working with children with special needs.
  • Commitment to a one-year tenure
    is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in pediatric therapy or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
