As a Supply Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving supply growth and managing on-ground operations across cities.

  • You will build and maintain healthy supply in cities.
  • You will conduct surveys and research activities to understand driver behavior and preferences.
  • You will support cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and customer service teams.
  • You will manage large fleets for acquisitions and retentions.
  • You will analyze market share and create plans to improve our footprint in the market.
  • You will search, hire, and retain offline and online recruiters.
  • You will build relationships with local authorities for effective supply management.
  • You will develop strategies to onboard new and active drivers.
  • You will take ownership of different projects and initiatives to drive our brand name in the market.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities or regions.
  • Grit and a willingness to tackle challenges hands-on.
  • The ability to solve and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to solve large-scale operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
  • Startup experience is highly desirable.
