Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations.

About the Role:

  • Manage and oversee the import, export, and transportation of sensitive semiconductor equipment, ODC cargo, utilities, gas, chemicals, and other direct/indirect materials and finished goods products.

  • Develop and implement logistics processes to ensure seamless operations, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with relevant trade laws and regulations.

  • C Coordinate activities between suppliers, customers, logistics partners, licensing authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish logistics processes for inbound and outbound semiconductor equipment, utilities, gas, chemicals, and other direct/indirect materials and finished goods products transportation from global and domestic locations.

  2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

  3. Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as transportation delays, supply disruptions, or natural disasters, and develop mitigation strategies.

  4. Maintain knowledge of Indian regulations concerning import and export, storage and distribution of gases and chemicals, and ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field is advantageous, along with experience in logistics and supply chain management.

  • A minimum of 12-14 years of proven experience in import/export operations, preferably within manufacturing sectors, with expertise in the semiconductor industry.

  • Extensive knowledge of ODC cargo, gas and chemical logistics, including Indian import and export regulations, international trade laws, Incoterms, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong understanding of International Logistics, 3PL Management, Inbound/Outbound logistics, multi-modal transportation, freight forwarding, and negotiation and communication skills.
