Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure accurate valuation by considering the correct cartage and proper stone deduction.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to established processes and policies, including KYC compliance.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service, promptly resolving queries before and after loan disbursement.
  • Support branch staff in business development initiatives to achieve branch targets.
  • Prior experience in Gold Loan is highly valued.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • The candidate must hold a regular degree; those with distance education may be excluded from consideration.
  • A passion for marketing and sales is essential.
  • A thorough understanding of gold loan operations, coupled with 1-2 years of experience in a bank or non-banking financial institution, is required.
