We are seeking a senior valuation professional to join our team in the Netherlands office.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex valuation engagements on a wide range of illiquid investments across industries and geographies. This will involve designing financial models, analyzing data, and presenting findings to clients.

  • Performing multiple complex valuation engagements using accepted and relevant approaches and theory
  • Managing client engagements from day-to-day interaction with the client through to timely completion
  • Designing financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analysis.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience working with diverse teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or MBA or a professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (ACCA, CFA, CPA, CA etc.)
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models including: DCF, comparable company, stock option, and intangible asset models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with databases including MS Excel, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, MergerMarket, KTMine, etc.
