Identity Governance Architect

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a seasoned Identity Governance professional. As an Identity Governance Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying comprehensive identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The primary objective of this role is to create a robust security framework and architecture that meets business requirements and performance goals. This involves documenting the implementation of security controls and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design and implement application integrations, including custom connectors, rules, reports, and workflows.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide expert support and resolution for IAM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with operations teams, developers, and application owners for requirements gathering, design, and ongoing support.
  • Build custom plugins and complex customizations (e.g., segregation of duties, infrastructure asset integration).
  • Contribute to key project decisions, mentor team members, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Champion automation, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction initiatives within the IAM domain.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong knowledge of IGA, compliance reporting & IAM frameworks.
  • Proficiency in BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs.
  • Experience with ERP/HR systems, Active Directory, and SSB processes.
  • Bachelor's degree.
