**Job Title: Identity & Access Management Engineer**

We are seeking a seasoned IAM expert to drive enterprise identity and access management initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SSO solutions, Entra ID, Ping Access, and Ping Federate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage secure single sign-on solutions across enterprise applications.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations to ensure seamless authentication processes.
  • Implement and support Ping Identity solutions including Ping Access and Ping Federate for robust authentication and authorization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute secure authentication and authorization processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity federation, authentication, and access issues.
  • Support security audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the team to drive business success.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Solid experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication/authorization with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance with a focus on risk reduction and compliance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IAM environments with a focus on root cause analysis and resolution.
