We are seeking a seasoned HR Technology Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Core HR and Payroll functionalities and provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM R12 On-Premise.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of Self-Service HR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

This role requires immediate joining and the ability to travel onsite as per project needs. Candidates must hold a valid passport.
